Werkt dit artikel op zowel een laptop als een desktop?
Dit zal in de meeste gevallen geen probleem zijn. Wij adviseren u wel om de systeemeisen te controleren.
Hoe kan ik de snelheid van de muis aanpassen?
Dit kunt u aanpassen via het Configuratiescherm in uw Operating System.
Hoe verander ik de muis van linkshandig naar rechtshandig (en vice versa)?
Dit kunt u aanpassen via het Configuratiescherm in uw Operating System.
De aanwijzer van de muis trilt, beweegt slecht of helemaal niet.
Probeer de muis op een ander oppervlak te gebruiken, bij voorkeur een muismat. Controleer de sensor aan de onderzijde van de muis en maak deze indien nodig schoon met een droge, schone doek.
Problemen tijdens het installeren van uw USB:
1. Controleer of voor dit artikel een driver nodig is.
2. Sluit het apparaat bij voorkeur direct aan op een USB-poort en niet via een USB-hub.
3. Verwijder eventueel andere, gelijkwaardige apparaten.
4. Verwijder oude drivers/software van eerdere, gelijkwaardige artikelen. Dit kunt u op de volgende manier doen:
- Klik op Start
- Selecteer het Configuratiescherm
- Klik op Programma’s
- Wacht tot de lijst volledig wordt weergegeven op uw beeldscherm
- Selecteer de betreffende software en klik op Verwijderen
5. Zorg ervoor dat u een internetverbinding heeft op het moment dat u het artikel aansluit.
Wij adviseren u het artikel te testen op een ander systeem indien bovenstaande stappen niet het gewenste resultaat geven. Als daaruit blijkt dat het artikel alsnog niet naar behoren werkt, neem dan contact op met uw leverancier.

Is this product compatible with laptops and desktops?
This is usually not a problem. We do advise you to check the system requirements.
How do I adjust the sensitivity of the mouse?
You can adjust this setting via the Control Panel in your Operating System.
How do I change my mouse from left-handed to right-handed (and vice versa)?
You can adjust this setting via the Control Panel in your Operating System.
The mouse pointer is shaking, not responding properly, or not responding at all.
Use the mouse on a different surface, preferably a mouse mat. If necessary, clean the bottom of the mouse with a dry and clean cloth.
Troubleshooting During The USB Installation Process:
1. Check if a driver is needed for this product.
2. Connect your product immediately to an USB port and not via an USB hub.
3. Remove, if applicable, all equivalents of this product.
4. Please follow these steps to remove old drivers/software of previous equivalents of this product:
- Select Start
- Select Control Panel
- Select Programmes
- Please wait until the complete list appears on your screen
- Select the software you wish to delete and select Uninstall
5. Check if your internet connection is available when you are connecting your product.
We recommend that you test the product on a different system if the above mentioned steps have not achieved the desired effect. If your product is still malfunctioning, please contact your supplier.
