I see two Bluetooth connections in my Bluetooth list, how do i pair the headphones?
Disconnect any connections with the headphone you might already have. Push twice on the left ear-piece Now both ear-pieces will be paired to each other. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone and search for new devices. Now you will see only 1 connection available. Tap on it to pair.
Why do I only hear sound from one of the ear-pieces?
The ear-pieces are not paired properly: Disconnect any connections with the headphone you might already have. Push twice on the left ear-piece Now both ear-pieces will be paired to each other. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone and search for new devices. Now you will see only 1 connection available. Tap on it to pair.
My earbuds will not pair.
Turn off the earbuds and place them in the charging case. Go to the Bluetooth menu of your phone and disconnect any connections you might have with the earbuds. Put both earbuds in your ears and turn them on. Double tap on the left earpiece if they do not pair automatically. You will hear that they are paired. Connect to the earbuds in the Bluetooth menu of your phone, You should only see 1 name for the earbuds.
When I make a phone call, I can only hear sound on 1 side.
It's normal that it only uses a single ear pice during a call. The other will turn back on when the call ends.
