Frequently asked questions

I can't access the DVR with the app on my mobile device.
Make sure the IP address of the DVR is within the IP pool of your router: e.g. If our routers IP address is 192.168.AAA.001, then your DVR’s IP address should be 192.168.AAA.100 (AAA being a number) Make sure the mobile port is forwarded in your router. Create two devices in the app: One with the internal IP address and one with the external IP address. That way you can connect when on the same network and when you are on a different wifi or mobile connection.
