Please update the software to the latest version. You can download the latest version here. Remove first the old version of the software from your system. After that you can install the new software. When you start the software, it will first update the database. After the update you can search for your device. Is the software available for MacOS?

Unfortunately not, the software is Windows only.

How do I connect the remote to my computer?
