This Micro Bluetooth dongle connects your PC wirelessly to mobile devices such as mobile phones, tablets and headsets. Installation is only a matter of Plug & Play. This dongle has a range up to 10 metre, supports Bluetooth voice data, and is ideal to use in combination with a notebook thanks to the very small design and low energy usage. The supplied CSR Harmony software is easy to use and can be used for a variety of functions, such as data upload and download from, for instance, your smartphone, tablet or notebook.

Device isn't recognized by Windows
We recommend you perform a USB reset.
First, please disconnect all USB devices (except mouse and keyboard) and then perform the following steps:
Using the mouse;
1. Click "Start" button, type “devmgmt.msc” (without quotes) in the “Search” bar and press "Enter". Click “Continue” if necessary.
2. In Device Manager, double click to expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers", right click on the Host Controller, click "Uninstall" and click "OK".
3. Repeat the step 2 to uninstall all items under "Universal Serial Bus controllers".
Then, restart your computer and Windows will reinstall all USB controllers automatically.
CD will not fit in computer / damaged the cd while opening the packaging.

Go to the folder Bluetooth devices and download the CSBLUEKEY200_CSR_Harmony.zip file to your computer.
Unpack and install the CSR Harmony software.
